• On arrival please call 315-782-7330 to check in. As soon as a room is available a nurse will contact you. 

 

•  Remember to schedule your             child's School and Sports physicals  for the up coming new school year!

 

• Is your child up-to-date on their immunizations? Call our office to speak to one of our experienced nurses to go over your child's vaccination record and schedule an appointment if needed.

       

 For the 2023-2024 School Year               All kids entering 7th, 8th, 9th and 12th grades must have the Meningococcal Vaccine.  You can find information regarding this and other vaccines at health.ny.gov/immunize.  Please call our office to see if your child is due for this vaccine.
